How to Lock and Unlock Vehicles

# How the Vehicle Lockout Works The **Vehicle Lock** is a function that cuts off the fuel to prevent the Vehicle from being used. It is used in conjunction with an electronic component, called a relay, which cuts the fuel with the tracker command. Because it is a more complex installation, it is recommended that it be performed by a professional installer or autoelectric, following exactly what is in the installation manual. Some models of heavy **Trucks and Machines** need a solenoid valve for the blocking to be installed. It is recommended to check if the machine/truck model requires the part in order to install the lock (as stated in the manual, in the lock section). The **fuel cut is performed only by the Manager's access** (by App and System) || Notice: We do not sell blocking for motorcycles. # How to Lock and Unlock the Vehicles You can **Lock** or **Unlock** a vehicle by computer or cell phone application. In addition, you can cancel a lockout command before it is executed, when it is in pending status. The pending or executed command indication appears in the vehicle list. ### By the system: To Lock or Unlock a vehicle through the system (WEB), access **Lock** from the **Menu**, select the Vehicle and action you wish to do (Lock or Unlock). Click on **Send Command**. | You can select multiple Vehicles to perform the action. You will be able to see the **"History "** of the Locks and Unlocks sent, with the **"Creation Date "** and **"Modification Date "**. ### By application: To send a command to block the vehicle by the application, simply choose the desired vehicle, click on the 3 dots and select the **"Block "** option. After blocking, the option to "Unblock" will become apparent and follow the same path to perform the action. || For technical reasons, the **Vehicle Lock** is not available for motorcycles and the Plug and Play tracker model. ||| **Warning:** We do not recommend using the Immobilization in case of theft of the vehicle. In these cases, call the police immediately. Did this content solve your doubt or help you? Vote below and, if you didn't find what you were looking for, send us a message on the chat on the side.
