Logistics Service: How to make a scheduling

After creating [Clients](https://help.contelerastreador.com.br/en/article/logistics-service-how-to-register-clients-12f64pz/) and [Place](https://help.contelerastreador.com.br/en/article/logistics-service-how-to-register-a-place-1nncx65/?bust=1630434197436), it's time to **schedule a route.** Scheduling consists of a planning of routes that the driver must take, where the boarding addresses that the driver must pass will be in the planning. # How to register a scheduling In **Logistic Service**, go to **All Services**, click on **Register Service** and fill in the information on the tabs below: ![](https://storage.crisp.chat/users/helpdesk/website/61564d784d213800/cadastro-servico-logistico_1v0dcs6.png) ## Overview Here, the main information about the Logistics Service will be given: * **Service Type:** You can create or add a Service Type, which can be customizable. This serves to categorize the Services, enabling easy identification in reports; * **Boarding and Disembarkation Time:** Time the Vehicle will be stationary between one stopping point and another. This time will be added to the estimated route time; * **Customer:** Associate the Customer requesting the service; * **Vehicle:** Associate the Vehicle that will be used in the service; * **Period:** Select the period of validity of the service; * **Days of the week:** Days the service will run; * **Initial Destination:** The Vehicle's starting point for the service; * **End Destination:** The final address of the service route; * **Activate round trip:** If necessary, activate this function to set up a return, such as passenger transport. Choose the outward time (departure from the initial destination to the final destination), and return time (Departure from the final destination to the initial destination); ## Drivers Select Drivers and the days he will drive. You can select one or more Drivers by clicking the "Add Drivers" button. ||| It is not possible to select more than one Driver for the same day. ## Stop points Add the stopping points between the configured destinations, which can be registered in 3 different ways: * Client: Searching for a Client, and loading all the Places associated with the Client; * Place: Searching for a specific Place; * Tags: Searching for a Tag, and loading all the Places associated with the Tag; ## Route Map After adding the stopping points and saving, the route that the vehicle must take will be visible on the Route Map. You will be able to select the days you want, being able to check the details and the history of the services.
