System Usage
It is a function that shows how much you are using the system. You can reach 100% usage, if you complete all the items.
You will find the % of system usage in the upper left corner and whenever you click, you will have access to what has already been completed and what remains to be accomplished.
How to access more details:
Click on the progress bar found in the side menu at the top:
On the function screen, you will find a Checklist of missions which, when you click on one, will open a tab with an explanation of how to complete it.
When you complete it, a check ✅ sign will appear, demonstrating that you have done that task.
Vehicle Tab
On the Usage screen, click the Vehicles tab.
- On this tab, you will find your Vehicle list with the following items:
- Odometer;
- Driver;
- Maximum Speed;
- Engine;
- Time;
- KM Reached;
- Document.
These items will have colors that represent whether or not they are configured in the system:
- Blue: It is configured;
- Gray: Not configured.
The score update occurs every 24 hours in an automatic way
Each item has its weight in % next to the mission.
Why has my score decreased?
There are two reasons why your score decreases.
The first, is that there are variable items that can change if you do not use it within 7 days, which are:
- Identify who is driving the vehicle;
- Register frequently the refueling of all vehicles;
- Frequently register the Checklist of all Vehicles.
The other reason is in case you have made some type of additive, such as Vehicle and Drivers, and have not made all the necessary configurations, such as installing the trackers, registering odometers, etc.
