      Approved Systems and Apparatus for Use

      See which are the browsers and devices approved to use Contele's systems

      Web System (for Managers)

      Approved Browser

      Google Chrome: We recommend the use of the most updated version of the browser for a better experience with Contele Field Team Manager or Contele Fleet Tracking system. Know more.

      Other browsers are not recommended, because they are not approved for use and may result in failures and data loss.

      Smartphone

      For Contele's apps, used by both external staff and drivers, and managers, we have the following minimum requirements:

      1. System: iOS 14.6 / Android 5.0 or higher
      2. Feature: GPS
      3. Connection: 3G Internet or higher (data package = 600 MB of Internet per month)

      Most recommended brands:

      1. Iphone (6S or higher);
      2. LG;
      3. Motorola;
      4. Xiaomi/Redmi;
      5. Lenovo;
      6. Sony;
      7. Samsung.

      NOT recommended smartphone brands:

      1. Dell;
      2. Asus (Zenfone);
      3. Positivo;
      4. Multilaser;
      5. Gradiente;
      6. Alcatel;
      7. Chinese devices without brand;

      Tablet

      1. System: iOS 14.6 / Android 5.0 or higher
      2. Feature: GPS
      3. Connection: 3G Internet or higher (data package = 600 MB of Internet per month
      4. At least 2GB RAM (for higher performance we recommend 4GB)

      Recommended tablet brands:

      • Samsung;
      • Lenovo;
      • Sony;

      Regardless of the brand, it is important to check the device's settings.
