Downloading Contele for Teams

To use the APP, the first step is to have an Android (Version 5.0 or higher) or iOS (Version 9.0 or higher) smartphone.

Now download the app from Play Store or Apple Store.

Important: Check the Minimum Requirements for using the Contele for Teams.

After logging in, you will need to authorize some permissions to use the application, such as:

Important: The application was developed to work with a stable data connection, but it is possible to schedule and make Visits (filling out forms, photos, signature, etc.) even offline.

User Training

User Training is essential to train those who use the Contele for Teams APP.

With this quick training (only 50 minutes), the User will learn all the APP functions, such as how to find the Best Route to the client.

At the end, the User needs to answer the Mini Questionnaire to generate the Certificate of Conclusion. Only then will the User have access to the chat service through the application.
