Understand how to disable Users, and why it is not possible to delete them.
Editing and Disabling Users
In the Users list (Settings > Users), when you click on a User and click Edit, you will access the screen with all its registered information.
Here, you can:
- Change hierarchy;
- Edit contacts (e-mail and telephone);
- Password;
- Monitoring and reimbursement settings;
- And more.
At the top right of the screen, you will find the Disable button.
Disable User is a feature to inactivate the user in Contele Field Team Manager, with the possibility of reactivation in the future (Ex: vacation, suspension, etc.).
After disabling a user, he stops appearing in reports and system fields, and will only appear if you filter for "disabled users".
Attention: all future visits assigned to this user will be canceled as soon as he is disabled.
If I disable a User, will the information generated be lost?
If you disable a User from the system, the information generated by him/her will not be lost.
However, you will not be able to filter or find this User in Reports, but by Place name, Service Order, Date, etc.
To go back to seeing the reports with the User's name, simply enable it again.
Important: When editing User information, save the information and then refresh the page (F5) to update the information in the system.
