It also stores the entire history of conversations recorded by Tickets. # Communication with the Customer If you want to communicate with a service requester, you need to: 1. Find the Ticket. 2. Click on this Ticket to open the Ticket details page. 3. In addition to the Ticket details, you can send messages to your customer, which will be sent to the service requester's email (check). ||| Tip: When communicating with your customer, you can include links and attachments along with the text message. # Conversation History In this environment, it is also possible to consult the service history from the opening to the end of the Ticket.
