Supply Report

Ensure an excellent management of the supplies for each vehicle, taking into account how to make consumption averages and adjust the settings per report.

With the Supply Control it' s possible to make an efficient management of the fuel, arriving at the following data:

• Fuel consumption (Km/l) of each vehicle;
• Monthly fuel cost (R$);
• Total amount (liters) consumed monthly;
• Records of who filled up, on what day, and what amount.

Thus, you can find Vehicles that consume more than the average, pointing out maintenance problems, driving style, among other things.

In addition, you can set goals for fuel reduction.

How to register a refueling in the Contele Driver APP

In the application, the Driver registers the refueling in a simple and fast way.

Supply Report

All completed refuelings will be available in the system, and can be accessed in the Menu Reports > Fuelings > Registration.

To generate a report, select one or more registered Drivers and Vehicles, filter a time period and click "Generate Report".

The Report gives the following information:

• Location: Click on the map to check where the refueling was done;
• Fueling date;
• Vehicle and Driver;
• Type of fuel and value (R$);
• Quantity: Total amount of Liters of the supply. The record must always respect the three places after the comma;
• Odometer: The odometer of the Contele Rastreador can have a small difference compared to the vehicle's odometer;
• Tank (Full or Partial): Full Tank is when the tank is filled completely, while Partial Tank is when the tank is not filled completely. We recommend always filling up with a full tank, because only then is it possible to calculate the average consumption.
• Real Average: The Real Average is the average fuel consumption (km/l) considering the fill-ups registered by the Contele Driver APP. Learn more.
• Estimated Average: The Estimated Average is calculated using the default Vehicle Configuration, where the average consumption of that Vehicle and the amount spent per liter are registered. Know More

Fuel Consumption per Vehicle

Still on the Supplies Menu, under Consumption per Vehicle, you can access the monthly average of fuel consumption per vehicle.

After selecting the Vehicle and the desired period, the fuel consumption history (km/l) will be loaded, separated by month.

In Average (km/l), the average of all the Columns that are visible on the screen is presented.

Cost per month

To see the total cost and number of liters filled up for the month, go to Supplies > Cost per month.

In the reports, you can filter by vehicles and time period, making it easier to analyze your refuelings.

How to Export the Supplies Report

All of the above Fuel Supply Reports can be exported in Excel and PDF format.

To export the desired report, click on the "Export" button at the top right of the screen.

Important: The report will always be exported considering the filters used.
